Foundations consists of 3 X 1 hour sessions for $225, one on one with a coach. Small groups can be arranged if necessary. In these sessions you will learn movement, mobility, barbell familiarity, proper warm ups and cool downs, as well as get in a great WOD. You will feel comfortable moving into the group classes by the end of these sessions.

–Try us for FREE! Come on in on the 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month for your free trial class . Join the class, get to know the community, jump-start your path to a fitter you. Please try to arrive 10min early to fill out a waiver and get settled in.
